Ordered it online, no phone call, paid for it. Said I would have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund. Then stated, "Your welcome to pick something from the freezer." Not only were they rude, they were callous and overworked by the nasty owner. I will never go there again. DQ, Meolas, Kimball Farms, Sterling, even a Carvel from Hanniford would be better. So many less expensive alternatives where you'll be treated with respect.
